Looks very similar to a Thomas Kinkaid project I did several years ago.

Hey Corey, have you ever tried any paper airplane modeling? I got into it several years ago and its really amazing what you can make with paper and glue.

Rule of thumb for me is 3" on all sides. That seems to always give enough room to frame.
