tip for working on black fabric simply putting a white fabric on your lap underneath the black fabric. that is only if you are not using a frame.

There are slight changes in DMC's dyelot, particularly the ones replacing the discontinued lots. If you really worry much about the dyelot, I can get you one box of a color. It contains 12 skeins from the same dyelot. just pm me. Also, the handling of the threads will cause slight changes in colors....

actually it depends. If your chart is a converted-from-photo chart, then stitching it on a higher count fabric would definitely make it look better. Kinda like an impressionist painting. This design is massive. 588w x 360h. 74 colors. A lot less than the 150 plus colors of Flower Power, another massive design.
