I need a huge kick in the right direction. I've been really down the past few days and have just totally fell off the diet wagon. I don't really know why theres nothing new stress wise that would make me feel like this but I just have no motivation at all. Its my birthday tomorrow so I won't be diet...

I'm not sure I'll be able have anything stitched up in time with work issues at the moment but I will most definatly try if not would handmade cards be ok as I might be able to sort a few of those out for you?

I skipped group as I couldn't be bothered with it today but I got weighed in at 1 and I maintained.

Not a gain so I'm counting it as a good thing
