oooOOOoooo My husband was looking over my shoulder and now he is off to buy the cocktiels for himself to stitch...

I do most of my shopping online as my local needlework shop is run by a money grabbing harpy who charges too much... Also we get very limited stock here in NZ so I often order from the UK or USA.... I got my husband a book of Elizabethan Black Work patterns and some of his favorite black silk thread...

Looks like I'm a bit ill today... which means laying in bed stitching right? right? riiight? anyway I completed January and should now progress onto the rest of the frames... It slightly bothers me that February is slightly different I'm sure it will look good in the end but my inner perfectionist i...

I was naughty and stayed up late tonight (it's nearly 2am) to get some stitching done... and now both Rudolph and his mate are done (minus the blasted back stitching) and I'm nearly done with this month... I've decided after this I'm going to complete all the frames before I do any more months... Ho...
