Lovely start to the piece! Looking forward to seeing it take shape! It's so fun getting back into stitching, you realise how much you've missed it when you do!

Re: Bothy Threads WIP

^ I'm sure if you look around you would find people selling the charts once they've finished the kits! Great progress! I love the detail in bothy designs. I've almost finished my dictionary of cakes, I know how fun a bothy design is to do! Only thing is the mega amount of back stitch but it's so wor...

Unfinished stitches..

My grandmother passed away about a year ago and left this half finished piece. I've been hesitant to start to complete it as it feels like a little piece of her but I somehow found the courage and I've made good progress on it! Taking my time on it as I want it to be perfect but I can't wait to have...

Re: Selling your work

I'd be really interested to hear from people on here who sell their designs on etsy and other things. Ive considered setting up an account and selling my designs. Ive always been put off though because Im under the impression its a bit of a fruitless labour at times, am I wrong?

Re: OT - little help please!

^ Thanks this is really useful! I know the logo/product branding might not to be to your taste I highly recommend you check the store near you out! The brand tend to use as many natural ingredients as possible and as you suggested they offer a rewards scheme for recycling their little black pots. Re...

Re: OT - Rant about people who have no idea!

It really is saddening that people are out there who are like this but if you dont crafe then you dont have a clue the effort that goes into it! its also horrible that people who craft can be just as bad sometimes. I would recommend that if you're going to do paid projects to ask for a deposit to co...
