Aero to Aqua WIP
Hi I've already posted pictures of this in the new members thread. This is a piece that I haven't worked on in over 10 years, but am determined to finish all my started pieces in 2014. I think this thread will be really great at keeping my motivation going, especially as I stitch on my own as it's t...

Re: Suggestions for a Newbie!!
I agree with what's already been said and have picked up a few tips for myself. :D My tip is I use thread holders both card and plastic and have found its easier to mark the holders with numbers and then put the corresponding number on the floss key. I find this is much easier than trying to replica...

Re: My 2nd WIP
Thanks for all your encouragement, it's really made a difference and this is now on my stand and it's not coming off until I've finished it :wip: . I'm trying to be very frugal with the thread as I tend to be a bit wasteful and was worried that if I ran out I would't be able to get anymore, as I did...

My 2nd WIP
This is my 2nd WIP I AM going to complete :shifty: I started this over ten years ago so I think it's about time I finished it. It's Aero to Aqua by Permin of Copenhagen based on a design by M.C.Escher 1938. This will be for myself, so I think that's why it got put to one side. I think it is very unu...
My WIP
Hopefully you will be able to see the first of my WIP This one is In Harmony and I really enjoyed it when I first started it, but got fed up due the the colour changes and the dark fabric. But, it is a lovely piece and I am determined to complete by the end of 2014. http://i1006.photobucket.com/albu...
Re: Hi
Only been here a short time, but already love this site, you are all very welcoming and are a very active group. I'll keep my eye open for the next Hardanger SAL and will certainly join in with that. My stash has just grow as I've ordered the Home and Garden booklet for the hardanger house I spotted...
Re: Hi
everyone and thanks for the warm welcome. I notice that quite a few people have several WIP listed, so I don't feel that guilty now. . I'll post some pictures as soon as I can.
Hi
Just joined the group after browsing around for a while. I'm located in the UK and am a compulsive starter  Soooo my 1st ever New Years resolution is to complete all my WIP by the end of 2014, I'm not committing to not starting anything new as that would be a step too far :tantrum: I've been s...
