I use tent stitches on 28ct, 27ct and 25ct in two strands, that way the stitching gets done twice as fast so although they are big designs I still get to see some progress... would only work if you're comfortable on those fabrics though, anything bigger than say 22ct and I think you'd need full cros...

Also, he definitely knows it's me! He kisses my hand all the time now and yesterday even leaned over to give me a kiss on the lips and he'll blow me kisses. We seemed to have a cool spell and I was all ready for cosier autumn evenings but it seems to have warmed up again, I was out in a t-shirt yesterday evening!!
So my brain is confused (it doesn't take much )

Beautiful work, I love how they've done the shading to represent the shape of the vase.

As for the $87 price tag that is ridiculous, especially when you got the pattern in a magazine!!!! Surely if you're paying that much you'd want something that couldn't be found anywhere else!!
