Sorry I haven't been on the forum lately - I've not done any stitching at all for months (I've been getting heavily into crochet and been working on Xmas gifts using that and various other crafts).

You could always try a ruffled headband instead though - short hair looks great in a headband.

I made a quick little gift for myself - a ruffle scrunchie in green and yellow (check how that yellow edging matches my yellow nail varnish!). I use KG Stitch, which is a free download programme (just google it and it'll come up). It's very simple to use and you get some great results.
