They are little silicone frames with magnets on the back, I usually snap them up whenever I see them in local shops. I did see some on Amazon UK the other week so might be worth looking there

Thanks all, it took a good few hrs. keeping it cold to stop the burning. I don't think it's going to blister. Now if I could just stop scraping it on stuff :doh: Wish my back could heal as fast. Still going to PT once a week. Progress was fast at first, but seems to have plateaued. Now that I see ho...

Just burned my wrist... was frying bacon and a huge pop sent grease flying. It's not really that bad, but boy does it smart. And we've got no burn cream in the house. Haven't burned myself in so long, not sure what to do. I did wash off the grease and am trying to keep it cool.
