Re: I'm really scared.

I have a close friend who was told that she wasn't able to get pregnant, but she kept trying. Her and her husband tried for 5 years and then she went on this new pill (not sure exactly what it was) and she got pregnant 3 months later! And she just had a her 2nd child recently! So don't give up!

Re: Aztykes finished stuff

Wow those are really nice. I wish I had that much talent to creat charts of my own. I have troubles picking out the right colors and thinking of an idea. Maybe I will find one day someone who loves to draw and just use thiers to create the patterns (if they allow me of course) :thinks:

Re: Black needles

The needles I use usually turn that way after a couple of weeks of good use. I try to keep a few handy. But every time I put my project down, I put it thru my shirt to wipe it clean. I also put it thru my shirt when I am reloading the floss 1) to hold while I am fetching the floss and 2) to wipe it ...

Re: not sure if I like this

I think it is wonderful. I know that I do those projects were I don't like them, but hey, they aren't for me. As long as the person who is recieving them loves it, then it is perfect. :D

Re: Designing a cross stitch kit for fundraising

I had a few ideas if anyone can help. Flowers can be very simple patterns. Or maybe teddy bears. Or even flags. And since it is a church function you can make simple cross cross-stitch on book marks.

Do you have all the colors?

I finally got to sit down today and organize all my DMC floss. I thought I had almost the whole range of colors, but as I was checking them off on a DMC chart I saw that I had barely even half! So how many of you out there actually have the whole range of floss you mostly use?

How do you organize your floss?

I have tried a few different ways to organize my floss but none of them seem to work for me. I have tried to put them in the little bags that are attached to a ring. I have tried to put them into one of the sorting boxes like my mom use to do. I have also tried to put them into envelopes into a shoe...

MIA floss list

I have been trying to find a floss list for "You Were Hatched..." by Teresa Wentzler. Her website has all of her other works and thier floss list. Does anyone know why there isn't one for this one? I know it uses a dinky dye for the boarder, but what about the dragon?
