I ask because I get mine downloaded right to the cpu now to make it easier to blow up a half of a page at a time that way I can see the symbols. And one thing I have learned from a friend recently and now cant do with out i...

Re: HAED--Combining full and tent stitch?
I havnt heard about doing it but I have heard that if you tent you should do 2x1 at least on 25 and or 28 ct. If you go to the haed bb there is bound to be someone there that has either done it or can point you in the right direction if it has already been talked about.http://heavenandearthdesigns.y...

Have you tried starting something new? Or pulling out something small? I hadnt stitched for over pry 5 yrs lost interest even though I loved watching the designs evolve. I would be very interested in finding that out as well. I am also working on black fabric and put it away for a bit cuz it was getting on my nerves way to stiff not sure why this is when the other fabric is so plyable.

Re: easiest/most efficient way to stitch
Nuttystar, I always grid now and when I figure out my fabric size I either add 2" or 3" all around then I measure say 3" down from the top and 3" in from the side and that is where I start. I grid one page at a time and when I do the HAEDS i had someone explain how to blow up the...

Re: 1 x 1 or 2 x 1...... or 25 ct to 18 ct
I do 2x1 on 18 ct and 1x1 on 22, 25 and 28 ct. I have tried tenting 2x1 on 28 ct and I didnt like it but that is just my preference I have lots of friends who love tenting. I have tried 2x1 on 22 ct and that is way to bulky for my liking but again you have to just try different things to see which w...
