He's off to go to an NHL game tonight so he'll be out of the house for at least four hours! I'll get a bunch of the black done then. Hee hee. Almost makes up for the fact that I was supposed to go to the game, too. Grumble stupid bed rest grumble.

I started on a new shirt today; this will have her full initials (KBB) with bunnies....or maybe just KB, I'm not sure. I'll do one B and see how much space is left.

Small update tonight since hubby has been loitering around the house too much lately. The next large bit will be all black, though, so it'll go quickly. Not much left to go at all now!

I just read this on our local newspaper's website. I hadn't realized that he was local to me here in the Bay Area or that he was so young! RIP to Mr Kinkade and my condolences to his friends and family.

Ooh, good news! My coworkers bought me 3 more packs of these little side snap shirts! That's 9 more shirts! :dance: :dance: :dance: I hadn't wanted to embroider all 3 that I'd had before just in case they irritated her skin or whatever, but now that I have 12 shirts total, I don't mind stitching up ...

Cool, thanks, guys. I think I'll just do the stitching without doing anything about the back and if there's a problem once she's born, I'll worry about it then.

I have a big pack of plain white side-snap T-shirts for baby and I thought it would be fun to cross-stitch her first initial onto at least one of them. I have the waste fabric and am all set to go, except for one question -- What do I do about the back? Will it be too scratchy/irritating against her...

I don't have much of a collection anymore since I haven't played D&D in far too long (I was just getting back into it when I had to go on bed rest for my pregnancy, boo!) but this might be a good excuse to start getting more dice. :dance: :dance:...
