Magnetic Needle Tokens are what I think you are after. Jane Greenoff has them on her Cross Stitch Guild Website http://www.thecrossstitchguild.com/Shop.aspx?cat=112 Just scroll down the page to find them.

I love Ellen's designs and the flowers of the month have all been lovely so far. I hope to stitch at least one of them, if not all of them (time permitting). Flowers are not what I usually stitch but these are really nice.
