Sounds maybe like a ganglion cyst...if it is they are pretty harmless just sorta cause pain from time to time...some people call them bible cysts because back in the day the way to fix them was to smack them with a very heavy book....the bible..... and they sort of burst and reabsorb.... with that ...

I am no expert so I cant help you with charting it but what about graphing the words and then perhaps finding a flower border that you like just as well and inserting that?
