As I’ve deleted my photobucket account, I thought I’d better start a new thread for my ongoing projects. I’ve just finished a little scissor keeper by Sue Hawkins. This is a close up of the seam. It took me a little bit of working out, but once I got my head around what I was doing and found my thimble , I rattled through it

Thanks Serinde. I managed to find a video with someone stitching two pieces of plastic canvas together and I’ve got the hang of it now. It looks really pretty, like a plait. Very effective, but really simple (a bit like me!)
