Dimensions kit question
I have a question about a dimensions kit. I have purchased "twilight bridge." This is my first large kit. If I am reading the floss key correct - it seems like for some of the half stitches the kit calls for 5 strands of floss. Am I losing my mind or do you really use 5 strands of floss? T...

The question is which direction should the top thread of the full X stitches go? The direction of my half stitches are like / When doing a full stitch for the f...

HAED pattern ?
Quick question. I notice that a lot of the HAED patterns call for 25 count fabric, using 2 strands of floss. Is the stitch supposed to be over 1 or over 2 in order to meet the specs in the description (size and floss usage).
Thank you....
Thank you....

Reverse side
Hello everyone, I have finished a kitty starter kit from dimensions and have since started a petite gold kit called Eagles. Re: Newbie need help -Threading the needle
Thank you everyone. I'll try that. I completed a counted starter kit and now I am moving on to a dimension petite gold 5x7 kit. We'll see how that goes. I'd love to work my way up to HAED's.

Newbie need help -Threading the needle
Hello all. I am new to cross stitching. I have read a lot of stuff on here about the loop method for starting with a new piece of thread. I understand how to make the loop and fasten it. My question is how do you secure the "open ends" of the tread to the needle? Do you knot the thread to ...
