Q snap

Post by mel876 »

I know i've seen this advice around here somewhere but for the life of me i can't find it so i'm hoping a  lovely forumer is able to help.

i've been folding the extra fabric under my q snap and its made the snaps quite loose so they aren't gripping properly. is there a way to get them back to tight again?

i seem to remember :thinks: somethng about rubber bands and hot water but my memory fails around then

can anyone help thanks!!
:D

I recall that some one suggested that you throw the clips in the dishwasher and that will help them shrink back. I am not sur if you are suppose to put them on the tubes or not. I am sure the other lidies will be able to remember better then I.

I dont know anything about a dishwasher but I bought cupboard liner from the dollar store its on a roll for a buck its meshy cushy sort of anyone I just cut some of that and then put it where im going to put the clamp and it tightens it for me. I posted about it in the qsnaps vs hoops section i think last week.
