Mickat, not itchy season yet.....am feeding turmeric this year to see if it helps.....
Today I got this from Chromatic Alchemy, bought entirely and only due to the name Cirrus (said itchy horse) but I knew that I've not seen a piece if her fabrics I've not liked yet, and I was right, it's stunning.
And in a kind of antidote, this is what went OUT today, some people going to have stash additions...
Not a delivery from the postie but this I had ordered from my LNS and it came in Tuesday but I could not get up there until this afternoon.
When I was at my stitching group in January my LNS had just got this designers patterns in and we all fell in love with them. They were so popular that Terri had to do a special order just for the group. It took all this time for them to come in. But they are well worth the wait. If you are into elves and witches and that type of design you will just love these.

The fabric is beautiful. Need to check Sam's site as I am pretty sure I will some lovely fabric for a wedding sampler that I will be stitching (in a year or so I think) for my niece.

Oh the Chromatic Alchemy fabrics are to dye (ha!) for!! I keep looking at them and just stroking them "mine all mine..." Like a cross stitching golem.....
So I was shopping at Office Depot and wandered over to the clearance section and found this table light:
It is an Ottlite. LED. Works very nicely. Also got a portable one to take with me to work.
And now I need to stop spending money.

One of my Cali friends gave me a gift card to Michaels for my birthday. It's getting harder and harder to find cross stitch stuff there, but I did manage to get some floss, 16 count Aida, and these books. I didn't realize until I got home that the alphabet one is by Joan Elliott. The main reason I got it is because a friend is having a 50th birthday party later this year and her theme is pirates; when I saw it had a pirate alphabet, I had to have it.
