I'm going to try and jump back on the bandwagon too. I have something in the region of 5st to lose - as much as possible by sept next year.

I've also been diagnosed with poly-cystic ovaries which also make me insulin resistant so i have to take tablets to help with that. Last time I took them I was very unwell so I really don't want to take them but I know I must.

I have a case of tendinitis in my Achilles tendon which makes exercise fun lol. I'm going to try and go swimming once a week when the schools are back in session.

I need lots of support and encouragement as I am terrible at losing weight

I've been on and off and on and off and mostly maintaining my weight which is better than gaining, but not as good as losing. I am about 60% good at maintaining my points records on line and have joined Planet Fitness (a "non judgemental gym" which has lots of exercise equipment and is not expensive) with a neighbor. Our goal is a minimum of 3x weekly. I mostly have done the treadmill and manage twice a week so not doing too badly. Lost a few lbs since I returned from the UK. I weigh my self daily (I know they say not to, but once I stop, I stop) though "officially" I log in Monday mornings. So will try to keep up here as well. More motivation never hurts!

So I lost 2lbs this week, which I was fairly happy with, as I was a bit half hearted.

How's it going for everyone else?

has everyone fallen off the wagon again?

I'm just joining this thread, I started doing slimming world online about a month and a half ago as I finally decided to do something about my weight, so far I have lost 11lbs (had a naughty week the week before last for my birthday so just got that weight back off last week!) so far I am sticking to it pretty well and I'm pleased I'm losing though I have a very long way to go

Anyway hopefully there are still people on here dieting as it would be nice to have people to talk to about the struggles and such, the SW website is great but there isn't really a forum and I don't tend to join the live chats so hopefully people will pop back in here to keep me company

Hi everyone

Anyone on here still weight watching, or doing other slimming plans?

I've just got back on the wagon. I am much more resolved this time, but finding it time consuming, as ww have changed everything.

I weigh on Thursdays.
Anyone else?

On and off and on and off. Back on but my nephew is visiting from California and I haven't seen him in a few years (He is going to try to value my old comic book collection!) and we are going to a great restaurant for brunch today, but I'm trying to be good. I do WW on line and since I've been off for a good long while, I have to figure out this new program. With all the ons and offs I can either think of myself as 40 lbs less than the first time I started or 15 lbs more than the last time I stopped. Depends on my mood if the glass is half empty or half full.
