start stitching when this is what I found when i pulled my basket of stuff out to take to my stitchy place on the balcony?

Daizee, my cat, allows me to get started on my stitching and then she makes herself at home on my belly and insists on helping me. All the while this is going on the jealous dog, Charley, has be laying between my legs on my recliner. Yes, I do feel the love when I stitch.

I blame the rise of the flat screen TV for this invasion of :kitty:

in the workboxes. There is now nowhere reliably warm to enjoy whilst simultaneously dangling the annoying tail down the screen -- to keep the servants in their places, of course.

hehe that sounds about right actually!

But kitty looks so cute! Surely you have a backup? Something I've taken to doing now is keeping my bobbin boxs seperate from my working threads so I can always get a thread, no matter what my furbaby is doing

Same with my yarn for that matter...

I love the expressions on these kitty's faces when they are asked to do something that goes against their inclination, shall we say. It's utterly priceless!

How long did you have to wait for his Lordship to move his Royal self? Or did you just tip him out?

JA Fan - I just picked the basket up to put on the bed to addmy glasses case and his Royal self jump off with a very indignant "noooo"

PS He is back this morning on my knee as I type this having spent last night outside and he is demanding attention so I had bettr stop and rub the royal ears etc.
