Hi Jess and welcome to the forum from South Carolina. I can't think,of any reason that you can't participate as long as you are a forum member. I hope that you will stay and and show us your stitching too. Pick 10 designers from the list I posted at the beginning of this thread. Send me a private message with the list. You do that by clicking on the PM/PW button at the bottom of any post that I have made. Then just check this thread after the 20th when I will post the numbers/designers that I draw. The first one to get all of their 10 and pm me with BINGO wins and then hosts the next Bingo. If you are curious you can read through some of the previous Bingos that we've had by checking the Competition Section on the Home Page. The rules are also right there. I will be waiting for your list.
