I should have a new bingo and list posted by tomorrow. It's berry season, and I've been a bit busy, but I haven't forgotten! I also adopted a new bird and she's taking a little time to settle in.

I am SOOOOO hoping Ketta's prize arrives with her very soon - posted it a week ago and am dying to hear what she thinks of it!!!

It did indeed arrive today!

kell put together a FABULOUS kit of goodies!! Not only did she send some black aida, a cute pattern for a Halloween project, needles (which I needed!!!), blood-red beads and fancy floss, a charm, and even a storage box complete with empty cards... she also sent a 'Vampires SUCK' ornament and a 'Fang-tastic' bookmark, stitched by her own hands! I'm hoping I didn't forget to mention anything... I was just in awe of all the goodies packed in the parcel.

Oh, and best of all was the fun, vampire themed note that was included. Very clever - I really enjoyed that!

Pfff... as if you had anything to worry about! I doubt anyone would have a thing to complain about, you thought of everything and more.

I think I'll use that pattern to make up a gift for my mother. She used to host a haunted house at the library she ran in the small town where I grew up, but now she lives in an area where there are no trick-or-treaters. Such a bummer for her, she really went 'all out' back in the day!
