I'm sad and happy at the same time if you know what I mean (and I'm sure you all do!). Last stitches put into this tonight. My first big project complete! Looking forward to getting it framed, will probably be a few weeks but it will be ready for Christmas which is good. Thank you for all the lovely comments and support along the way. I don't get to post much but I love looking through all the wonderful projects on here. Now to start planning my next project........

Absolutely beautiful. It will be cherished forever. It is sad and at the same time wonderful when you finish a project that you have worked on for a long time, especially if it is for someone special. But there is the excitement and anticipation of moving on to the next project too. I hope you are as proud of yourself as you should be for completing this. :applesauce:
