Hi! My name is Lisa and I have not long joined the forum. I thought I'd introduce my self a bit better by posting a pic of my current WIP. It is a birth sampler called the Toy Shelf. I started it when I was pregnant with my second daughter, she is now three so I thought I'd better finish it, lol! There is still a teddy bear at the other side of the blocks, the shelf underneath and of course the dreaded back stitch, so still a wee bit to do but I am determined not to start anything else until I have finished. I am a little bit of a serial starter but I am determined to change that!

Thank you for looking!

That's perfect for a littlie. Don't feel bad about the time getting away from you... my eldest son's baby picture album is still under construction. He's 26 last week.

:applesauce: :applesauce: that is adorable and I think with two children you've made a lot of progress on your stitching. Keep posting updates and we'll keep motivating you!

 What a great sampler and you are certainly in good company with lots of starts by many on here. I am mostly a 1 major one at a time person although I do stop to do little motifs for cards etc.

Thank you! This is what I aim to do, one major project at a time. However once I have finished this my older daughter Anna wants me to do something for her so I am going to do a rotation of that and my next project.
