Finished Feb's Cottage, with a couple of tweaks. I've left off the random hearts either side of the text as I wasn't keen on them. Also, I had a lovely design from Abi Gurden for Valentine's day, which is a heart made up of smaller hearts done in specialist stitches. One of those was a Rhodes heart and when I saw it, I thought it would look really pretty if I substituted that for the border hearts in the Cottage. I'm rather pleased with the result.

Thanks for looking :)

Lovely finish & the hearts look fantastic! :applesauce:

Question: Did you change your avatar to match the house for the month?

Thanks! I'm really pleased with those Rhodes hearts. I've been enjoying doing the specialist stitches on The Great Escape so I jumped at the chance of adding something to this. I think I've got the bug now

I did. I'm thinking of doing that each month as I finish each Cottage :)
