In between working on my hardanger hankey bonnet, I've decided to start work on this one.

My sister bought it from UCLADoc's Etsy site and asked me to stitch it for her husband. He is an engineer working with pipes and pressure and all sorts of math things and deals with Pi everyday. So this will be going in his office.

I am stitching in Red 815 on black hardanger fabric. When its finished, it should be about 9" square. I have thoughts to frame it in a circular matte in a square frame.

Here is the chart image

And this is what I have done so far

:applesauce: What a great gift for an engineer. I like your color choices also. Looks like you are making good progress too. You are a very good SIL.

How very clever!!!

It's a perfect gift for an engineer :applesauce:

I like your idea of the circle mat, too. :)

Thank you all.
It has been a fun project so far. I hope he likes it!
By the time I am done I just might have Pi memorized.
I was working on this a little bit yesterday afternoon again.
Surprising at how quickly this one is taking shape.
I started on the second page (where the centerline was)and have that pretty much done. Now I am working on the numbers that overlap onto the first page.. Its hard keeping my place. I think its time to start cutting a taping pages together.
