Changing this to just a general Winnie the Pooh one. I love stitching Pooh and will continue doing so :) Current projects is 10 bookmarks, so nice and easy in addition to my BAP

Original baby sampler done.

I'd also like people's opinions if that's OK on the third honeypot on the bottom. I've added an extra stitch in error and it looks weird to me. Does it look out of place to anyone else?Currently trying to decide whether to redo.

Thanks for the honest advice. Looks like I'll frog it tonight so I can fix it! Thankfully just was given all of Downton Abbey so can watch that while restitching :)

It is a very sweet design but unfortunately the post does look odd. Good luck with the restitching!!!!! :applesauce: :applesauce:

I ended up pulling out the yellow and redid it. Today has been horrible for counting and I've spent more time frogging then stitching!

I've managed to gain an extra five stitches somewhere so the three honey pots down the bottom are a bit oddly spaced but I'm going to leave it and see how it ends up. (Just making sure to do the same up the top) the frustrating part is that I can't figure out WHERE I've gained them from! Everything was done based on the numbers and all match up when I recount!

It's my first project in a long time and I think this is telling me I need to chart my fabric. Annoying to start with but worth it so one doesn't have these issues!

I'm sure you will be able to match it up when you stitch the next bunch of honey pots. Its an adorable sampler and I'm looking forward to your next update. With no visits from Mr. :anotherfrog:

Well I went back and fixed the yellow of the odd honey pot. Looks much better now. I still have that extra five stitches but nothing I can do now. I'll adjust the top accordingly. To be honest, I am worried the whole thing looks slightly skew-if but short of starting it again there's not much I can do. Is it really noticeable?

Have now finished the bottom half. Just Piglet, Roo and Pooh left. My SIL isn't even three months yet so this will be finished with plenty of time! My former flatmate has just had a baby so am going to do a different WTP sampler for her (the one I preferred but everyone else liked this one better) Best thing is this baby is born so don't have to wait to finish.

Great progress. :applesauce:

I can see why you've had a problem with spacing the honey pots; there's quite a lot of spacing between each one which can easily cause anyone to miscount.

:applesauce: Eeyore is adorable. I think if you do the honeypots the same way on the top of the Sampler that just makes yours unique. Considering that Tigger and Eeyore are prancing about it would be reasonable for the honeypots to be jiggled around and not perfectly spaced. I think it is going to be a lovely sampler when finished.

Thank you! A couple of stitches aren't as good as I'd like but all things considered I'm pretty happy with it for a first project in about seven years.

I've always pretty much done Disney. I just love them and seeing the characters emerge is always fun.

Thank you Rose. I realized part of it was printing the pattern wrong and missing stitches. Have fixed now for the top half.

Lozze, its gorgeous and you are doing a great job of it. You - and now us - are the only ones who know that there is a miss count somewhere so don't worry about it - we won't tell anyone.

Great stitching and a lovely update. :applesauce: :applesauce:

Hope :anotherfrog: leaves you alone now and lets you get the top half done.

Have got my favourite character in now Roo! (so hard to find x stitch patterns for Kanga or Roo, as if you search that you'll get ones of the actual animal!)

Will be doing the honey pot borders next then the last two characters. Hopefully finish by the end of the month.
