I used her videos a LOT when I was doing the research for the Edinburgh exhibition a couple of years back. Invaluable.

I love the way you do 'lateral thinking'

If you can't find the shisha mirrors to hand...a sequin or shiny paper...even a shell!

Mabel, you continually amaze me! So innovative and original!! :applesauce: :applesauce:

I've been stitching lots of different shisha flowers, when I finally decide which one to use for the workshop I'll let you know :-)!

Apart from that I've been doing some finishing, not something I'm very good at. I made several ornaments, one of Frosty Pine, and framed three others using frames I bought in various charity shops:

Mabel, I have just scrolled through this entire thread and I am totally amazed at your work. So delicate, elegant, beautiful. :)

When I see 'Mabel's Designs' heading come up I go straight to it! :D

What will I find? :thinks: I always know that I'll be amazed and delighted! :whoop:

What a good find from the charity shop those frames are...often difficult finding square frames. The designs are really set off well! :applesauce: :applesauce:
Oh yes, and nice little Pine Tree too. :D
