The draw string one looks too complicated for me. I think I may have a paatern for "dice" in an old magazine if so I would be happy to post it to ypu if ypu are interested...

I framed it with fabric after I stitched it. I wanted to make the bag big enough to hold her ballet shoes, tap shoes, and a change of clothes. The fabric I stitched the ballerina on wasn't big enough to do that so I just added some fabric to the edges.

It actually wasn't has hard as it looked. The tutorial I linked to earlier does a really good job stepping you thorough to process. I did have to alter the dimensions from her instructions because of the size of my dragon, but I still used her methods.

I'd love to see the dice if you still have it. Don't go to any trouble trying to find it, but if you run across it give me a shout.

Super fun! I was just thinking of making a bag like this for my friends son so he can carry around his cars. Fun fabrics. Great project. Well done

Oh, what a wonderful idea! I have a violin I want to stitch for my DGD but wasn't sure how to "finish" it. A bag would be fantastic! Your work is beautiful!
