Gosh that is a very good question and I just don't know. It should be ok to put it on and then wait for when you need it. I only use 1 needle at a time and so I put on the thread heaven and then use it right away.

Maybe someone else will have a better idea.

thread heaven

is a conditioner for your floss. it helps your floss to slide thru the aida with ease. i notice the difference when i have thread without it on. www.threadheaven.com
I emailed the htread heaven site and they said yes you can pretreat your floss you just have to run your fingers accoss the floss to create the charge again.

sammy it is great stuff especially if you are working with metallics. I don't even think of not having a bottle of it with me for that.

Good question stitched up!! You learn something new everyday!! I didn't know that, I use the pako organiser, but only use the thread heaven as I need it, but I guess it would be logical to lube up all the threads together when threading my needles, will try this in future.... Thanks!!
