I have an avertion to this type of internet and have never joined anything like this. I know many many friends who have asked me to join but I am just not comfortable with it. I guess I am very old fashioned. Sorry folks I know that people love this way of connectiong and I am very glad that the site is expanding out to you all.

mmmm...I tend to agree with Rose, I've heard so many negative things about Facebook, especially the viruses and stalking, but then, who would want to stalk me, eh?
anyway, don't do Facebook, so I'll just stay here..

I'm on facebook, but I don't really do anything with it (not very techy!). I don't always think to sign in on it but it's good to think there'll be another avenue to get news on if we have a problem with the forum. I'm sure I'd think to sign in on it then!

I've joined, but am on Facebook only very intermittently (mostly to play Scrabble with my SIL in London, which reminds me I'm probably late for my turn) -- one of the reasons why I tend to ingnore all requests, invitations, pokes, and so on; apologies to all who send them, and I do appreciate the thought, but I'm afraid the full Facebook experience is just too time-consuming for me (it would eat into my forum and stitching time !)
