Christmas Gift Tags

I'm looking for free patterns of Christmas gift tags. I have two at home both are snowmen and I found online (darned if I can find them again online though).

They are made by stitching on stiff aida like paper. There is a front and back and when stitched together you insert a piece of paper between the two with the "To" and "From" names on it so you can reuse them.

Very cute! But I can't find them again and I'm really looking for other patterns as well.

Anyone have anything like this or know where I can get patterns?

I love these little snowman tags. If you add some string to the design, they could couple for tree decorations for the next year!

Make sure you take a pic once they're down and add it to the gallery!
