Having been given the Hummingbird Bakery cookbook for Christmas, I've been experimenting with their recipes. Very yummy, though possibly not great for the waistline :D Here's my latest experiment, straight from the oven, some ham and mushroom muffins.

Oooh...very pretty. Thanks for the inspiration - I just put a Tofu-Carrot cake in the oven!
