Had a wonderful 40th birthday

Post by xstitch sue »

Thankyou soooo much for the birthday wishes, unfortunatly my internet connection has been down for 2 whole days (i was lost without it)
what did i do before having the internet, get a lot more sewing done lol
I had a wonderful 40th birthday, i got a new lap frame, loads of threads, some aida, bobbins, perfume, clothes, a birthday rose,
oh and a very large jar of marmite. Went out for dinner with the family on Monday night.
And yesterday my friend suprised me, i finished work at lunchtime and she came over and said let me take you for lunch, she took me to Planet Hollywood in Leicester Square in London, then we went for a coffee along the embankment and saw all the stars going into the Pride of Britain awards, (its on telly tonight), then as my final suprise we went on champane flight on the London Eye at night it was wonderful, but very tiring.
What a wonderful 40th birthday i had, they say life begins at 40 lol
