Thursday's First Riddle Is..................................

Post by Stitchindude »

This first riddle of the day, is here for you to play,
Tell me what you think, and tell me what you say!

My head and tail both equal are,
My middle slender as a bee.
Whether I stand on head or heel
Is quite the same to you or me.
But if my head should be cut off,
The matter's true, though passing strange
Directly I to nothing change.

What am I?

Wendy's answer sounds good but wouldn't they have to cut off the head and tail to make it right ?? Other wise it might look like a 1. I don't really know and when I first read it I was thinking of an earthworm also, Jilly.

well, I thought of an hourglass (is this the right word? the one with sand in it?) but I don't really know about cutting off its head...

Phew, this is a hard one, Dude! :?

The "Riddler" has stumped you, it's too late,
The correct answer to my riddle is the "Figure 8"
