Results are in!!!!

Post by whiskers12 »

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that I have finally received the results for my Archaeology Honours year.

My result was Honours IIA, which is the second highest grade, just below First Class Honours. Hons IIA is regarded by Archaeology staff as a significant achievement and I am extremely happy with the remarks given my the people who marked my thesis and with the end result.

I graduate from La Trobe in May and start my post-grad. diploma of museum studies at Deakin at the beginning of March!!!

Thanks everyone for your wonderful encouragement and support over the course of my research and studying, it was very my appreciated! :D

A 2:1 as we would say here. THAT'S FANTASTIC! Many congratulations! You must be so pleased. Enjoy all the ceremonial, you deserve it.
Are you starting the museum studies this March (the one just coming?) or March 2009?

Well, girl, put those tootsies up, and I've just handed you a glass of something bubbly (of your choice, naturally). CHEERS!! :applesauce: :applesauce: :P

Fantastic news, W12 - well done. I am so pleased for you. Time to relax and bask in the knowledge of a job well done. :applesauce: :applesauce: :applesauce:

Your post-grad diploma sounds really interesting. I presume that you eventually want to specialise in museum work?
