This is the project that I am currently working on. I am calling it "Lovely Garden". This is what it will look like when it is finished:
Here is my progress as of 9.4.10:
And finally here is my progress after stitching for an hour or two yesterday
Hopefully I can get some more of the flowers done today. I am taking a break from the writing b/c I am dreading the backstitching!!!!!

It’s not not IF you will recover but WHEN you will.
You can NEVER have too many cross stitch patterns!
Very lovely design and you've gotten quite far in a short time! I dread backstitching also, even when I try to do it as I go along. I even go so far as to leave some of it out if I think the picture looks good without it in some areas.
that really is a beautiful Design. It will look gorgeous when its all done. Good Job on the fast stitching. I also dread back stitching! I would rather do anything else.
I think it is more of a love hate relationship with most of us. We love that it brings out the finer details of your project but hate the doing of it. For me it's that I hate working with only one thread and the eventual likehood that it will knot on me.

I can't either. I planted over 20 varieties of seeds this year and only the zinnia's, marygold's and bachelor buttons grew So next year I will plant more of them.
At least with the picture the pretty flowers will never wither away
I hope to post an update of my later today! The pink flowers actually look like flowers now!!!

Here is my progress from this past week of stitching
Started stitching on Saturday and realized that I had a visit from mean old So I had to restitch 1/2 of the yellow flowers. I didn't discover Mr. mischief until I was working with the 2nd yellow of the flower Most of the day was spent I almost set this aside and started working on another that is 1/3 done. That is how depressed Mr. made me!!!!
Will post more pics later.
