Amazing customer service

A few months ago I was browsing Ebay to see if I could find a cross stitch pattern for the chinese symbol Grace. It is my daughters name and I wear it as a symbol on my necklace. There are tons of Peace Love Wisdom but hardly any Grace. I guess she's not an important enough virtue lol

Anyways, I came across a seller who had a lot of different symbols but no Grace. I emailed and asked if they had one that they just weren't advertising. They wrote back and said no, sorry.

Skip to today. I opened my emails and found one from the seller. They had managed to find a Grace design and wondered if I was still interested. I couldn't believe that they still had me in mind after these few months. I was so happy that I immediately purchased the design and downloaded it. It is exactly what I was looking for.

I would like to pass on their website to you to look through if you choose. I have no stake in the site, I was just really, really impressed that they contacted me after a few months to say they had what I had been looking for.

Wow thats amazing, reminds me of when i went to Voirrey a stitchy shop about an hour away, i asked for a ruby wedding design and tried to order it from them, heard nothing for ages, then in mid august whilst i was off sick they called to ask if i still wanted it and as i couldnt drive until i had recovered from op they posted it to me
