my son is my personal trainer...

After a fit of trying to find pants to fit my curves and short legs..I proclaimed, in front of my whole family, that I will work out in the Wii fit every morning and really start paying more attention to what i'm eating, not skipping meals..etc.

well...that night I did..I had a huge salad...and my son said, "Good job mom!"

well first thing this morning..coming down the stairs to what I thought would be a quiet morning since everyone was sleeping..I shuffle to the kitchen for that oh so sweet first cup of coffee which I usually drink in silence right in the kitchen....more like gulp it, pour a 2nd cup and shuffe to the internet.
well I hear pitter patter of tiny feet come into the kitchen, while I'm gulping my coffee having a moment, I hear a tiny ,very excited voice from behind say,
"Mommy are you ready to work out?!?!? I could barely sleep cause we can play the wii together and you'll get your workout in"

Oh dear, sounds like he is going to keep you on your toes.

Now you're in for it! That's a good thing, though. Sometimes we push ourselves harder when others are in on it trying to help us!

Sounds a great personal trainer! My eldest is my trainer as well... Although instead of WiiFit he does it military/karate boot camp style..

whew every morning! lol.. but not a bad thing.
and with my broken coffee pot..it's been very hard to get going in the morning lol..but his cheerful excitement makes it a bit easier..lol
