Hello,
I have two of these to stitch for two wee girls in my extended family. The pic doesn't really show the top well, the bit in the middle has two gingerbread men.
Hope you like them

Now I see how far you have got, past number 15! are you doing one at a time or both together?

There are going to be two happy little girls in your family at Christmas. This is really cute.

Doing both at the same time, on piece 39 of both, 100 & something left.

This is definitely a labour of love, if any more baby's arrive in our family they'll get M&S vouchers

My sister-in-laws mother made similar stockings for all 5 of her boys and they love their stockings!!
keep up the good work; I know the children will appreciate them (eventually!)

They are lovely. I did a tree skirt last year in the same way and although it took forever, I did enjoy it and would love to do a stocking now that I have seen yours.

Midge, I've done 3 of these in the last couple of years and something I learned from the 1st one is, if it's to actually be used (mine all are  ) then buy an extra piece of felt for lining the inside so that excited little fingers don't get caught in your threads. If you are going to do one then shop about as the prices differ hugely now that there's more people selling them.

Thanks to everyone for the kind words :applesauce:

Thanks for the advice. Llining it will be a great idea.
