hello everyone and good morning
I have downloaded the trial version of pc stich pro v9 and I love it (I find it a lot easier than the Jane Greenoff i-stitch I bought recently)
I now want to buy the full version because without the code or software disc
I cant save or print any of the designs I create
I know now that this is the software for me but does anyone know
where I can get it in the UK???
I dont want to use my credit card to upgrade it,
I dont feel comfortable using credit cards on an international site
and I dont want to pay any import tax if i can avoid it
so the other option is to buy it within the UK
but I cant find it anywhere
can anyone help me find it? PLEASE
pc stitch pro version 9???

Re: pc stitch pro version 9???
I can't help you with an answer for your query. Sorry.
Now I don't want to encourage you to do something you're not comfortable with but I just want to say that over the years I've spent many thousands of dollars on Internet purchases without a single bad experience.
The secret is to have a second card (I use a Visa debit card rather than an outright credit card) just for the Internet. I keep a zero balance in it and only transfer just enough into it via Internet banking to pay for my purchase(s).
I also use PayPal if it's available.
One thing I did notice about PC Stitch, at least in Australia, is that it's about twice the price to buy from local stores as it is to download directly from the company's site.
Good luck in your search.
Ron.

A Visa Or MasterCard debit card acts as a credit card. The only difference from a normal credit card is that it can only use what funds that you have put in the account. It does not extend credit.Reta wrote:...please do NOT use debit card on internet always use pay pal and credit card ONLY

and since this is something I enjoy I wanna give it a go!

Thanks for your help
I have just ordered this from ebay.com
and paid by paypal I will just have to pay any import duty due
but at least it was nearly $30 cheaper than just doing an online upgrade
and I didnt need to give my card details
I am so excited I hope it doesnt take ages to get to me
it's the first step to my own business hopefully
and if it doesnt take off at least I will still have the software for myself LOL

I love this program! I've been using the evaluation for ages just to play about with and I've been planning on purchasing but I think I'll wait for version 10 before getting it now unless they let us upgrade for free? It's on my Christmas list for certainMaude wrote:They've actually asked me to help in evaluating the new Version 10 - great excitement in the household!!! I'm waiting for the download now.
