I set a goal to only work on this this month, but I'll be honest, it's getting hard. I'm feeling fickle and restless! I need some color! Yes, my first name is Lynne but when I signed up I noticed some other Lynnes here, so I used my middle name in the forum. Just in case you're confused. :D

Very pretty update!! I can't blame you for wanting to stitch some color! Maybe you could work on small projects on the weekend and then do this during the week?

:applesauce: This is so lovely. Definitely understand the need for color. Karen's idea sounds like it has some merit and shouldn't hold you back too much from completing this on schedule. I love the updates. It is so very elegant.

Yes! Last night I cracked and worked on "Rose Quaker." Ah, all those lovely pinks and mocha colors. I really do love color with all of my heart.

I'm so glad you took a small break from the white wedding sampler and did some stitching with color! I think that it is so very easy to burn out on some of the stitching, so we just have to switch things up from time to time!! :)

I'm glad you took a break also. I have discovered that there is a really good feature of rotating projects, especially when something is color limited. It makes the project I am working on much more appealing. Karen is right. It is easy to burn out if something is one color or so filled with confetti that it becomes a chore instead of fun. Then rotating to something different rejuvinates me and I can go back to the first project with a lot more enthusiasm. And if I remember correctly, your Rose Quaker Sampler is one of the really lovely ones. I hope you will post an update when you get a bit more done.
