Hi all,

I'm Margreet from the very south-west of the Netherlands.
Like you all I love cross stitching. My favorite subjects are traditional British (winter) scenes or anything somehow involving WW1 and remembrance in which I'm very interested.
When I'm not stitching, I'm busy with my other hobby; dollshouse and miniatures or reading, both also about my main interest.
It's great to combine hobbies and interests!

Hi Margreet from Brisbane Australia where its hot and steamy this morning and judging by the midges flying around outside we are due for a thunderstorm.

I agree it is lovely to combine out favourite crafts together. I also quilt mostly in the winter, I am learning all sorts of new stitches for my soon to be started Chatelaine, make cards and do the occasional bit of knitting.

Hello Margreet, from Newcastle inAustralia. I mostly stitch these days but in the past I think I have done most crafts. It's a great way to extend your list of friends.

Welcome! I love all the remembrance pieces you have done...my husband is in the US army and just got back from Afghanistan, and it is heartwarming to see the memorium that other people do...
