Fabric for a cushion
I'm thinking of stitching Skitzzzz's Heart and making it into a cushion. Any tips on which fabric would be the best to do it on? I was thinking linen but thought I'd ask the experts first before buying anything.

Re: Fabric for a cushion
hi, i'm not an expert by any means, but i have a project i'm going to make into a cushion, too.
i'm using 28ct even weave, 2over2, so it'll be a 14ct size stitchery. probably just a 10" square pillow, tho.
how big will yours be when finished???

I think about 10" too. But there'll be a bit of fabric showing around the design so I want the fabric to look nice too.

Re: Fabric for a cushion
I would say either linen (Cashel/Belfast depending on your stitch count preference) or Jobelan - I've made cushions from both and love them!

Re: Fabric for a cushion
I did my last design on Belfast linen and loved it hence thinking that's what I'd go for.
