I have now finished part 2!

Image

Can't seem to get a good photo....the colours are just not right <sigh> Ah well you get the idea. I do like the little starfish but I have to say I'm glad I've finished them now, 16 of the little blighters really tested my patience (they are stitched over 1 which I found quite difficult on linen!)!

Oh does anyone have any recommendations for photo sharing sites...I used to love photobucket but since they have changed their editing suite even cropping the photo has become a right chore for me...very slow indeed! I have tried Flickr but it's not very user friendly when you want to share photos on BBs....I love the photobucket copy and paste links option which is sadly lacking on Flickr.

:applesauce: That is lovely. You are doing a great job. The starfish are fantastic. :applesauce: I can't imagine stitching over 1 on linen. What size is the linen? Over 1 on even 28 ct would be tricky. Doing 2 over 1 on 25 ct evenweave is hard enough for me. I also have lots of trouble getting the colors right on my pictures. Especially when I was posting pics of my mini Amethyst. They looked different shades of purple or pink every time. For me it depends on if there is enough daylight. I don't use too much of Photobuckets editing tools as I have a program on my computer that I use before I post them if I need to do some cropping. I do change the size of the picture, but not too much else. I love fiddling with photos, but haven't played with their tools much yet.

Gorgeous gorgeous work Nacho - I hear you on the over 1 stitching! As for your Photobucket quandry, I edit my photos in Microsoft Office first and then upload them to Photobucket, so no use really!

Looking forward to seeing Part 3 :D !

That is looking really great and your starfish are fabulous. I have just start 1over 1 on 28cnt evenweave - will wait for a sunny day before finishing the bit I was doing this morning though.

Great update and you are going very well with this pretty one. :applesauce: :applesauce:
