I was looking for a link to your blog, Carole so I could go and have a peek, but don't see it in your signature or anywhere. Where can I find it?

Oooh very excited, Part 2 is out    It includes Hardanger too :D Looks like it'll be lovely to stitch, though having only done hardanger on 22ct, if I decide to do the cutwork version, that'll be a bit of leap as I'm doing this sal on 32ct. Still, I have my squissors at the ready.....

I have reluctantly decided to leave this SAL for now :-( -- I will still be downloading the parts but over the summer I have relatively little stitching/designing time anyway and I simply can't fit it in, even in little bits; also, my plan of doing the parts as individual projects looks like it wouldn't work anyway with the shape of the new parts.
Thinking of practicing any stitches that I haven't heard of before on some small bits of fabric to use as inspiration/small cards/learning experience!

Think I will be joining you Mabel.

Whilst all the planning new projects has really helped me get through a difficult time at work by keeping my mind occupied with something else its time to start actually focusing on the projects I have on the go.

That's the nice thing about this hobby, there's no-one saying you have to do a project exactly when you planned to do it or that you have to participate in a SAL at the exact moment it's happening. For those of us doing it now, we'll still love to receive your comments and encouragement and we'll look forward to giving our support to you when you do decide to pick it up. We'll also love trying to spot which stitches make it into Mabel's new designs :D
