Wow Maud your fabby stash is growing! I'm jealous!

Well I got a couple of little packages I've been waiting for from t'other side of the pond....they got through customs without damaging my purse strings

Both of these are for my upcoming Chat..

Beads

And Florimell

To be honest I can't tell the difference between the Florimell and regular Gloriana....maybe a teeny bit more shiny but not really too noticeable....maybe I will discover more of a difference when I start stitching with it!

Gorgeous threads and fabby everyone! Nacho, I love the look of that Florimell - can't wait to get my hands on some of those babies myself towards the end of the year. When is your "planned" start for Arabian Walled Garden - or are you still stashing for it? Don't you just love getting post from across the pond - at least you know it is ALWAYS going to be exciting!

Oooooh, all those colourful threads are making my mouth water!

I got the fabric for my two HAED minis this morning. I've just got them out of the packets for a feel, and I think the Monaco is going to suit my stitching style better because it's more rigid than the Brittney and I like stitching on a good firm fabric. The Brittney feels nice and soft but seems to distort easily. Time will tell ...

:applesauce: very nice. now you need to find a rodeo to go to. That is also a very good price for those boots. The regular price isn't bad compared to some that I have seen.

I got my kit from Europeanxstitch for my first chat the other day, miraculously I didn't even have to pay any import duty on it.
Image

Don't they look yummy? The fabric I'm using is 32count Belfast linen in antique blue so slightly mottled.
Now I haven't been very well lately and when the wonderful kit arrived I was having ridiculous pains because of a tooth abcess. I know you will all appreciate how poorly I felt when I tell you that today is my first time taking them out of their packaging since receiving them on Thursday. I have had them on the bed next to be though out of the padded envelope so that I could gaze upon them ;)
Sleeping beauty will be started ASAP, maybe I'll even post a picture at the end of the day, certainly the end of the weekend
