What I have been working on

Post by mauveme »

I hve been trying to find something practicle to use my stitching for. There are just so many walls to hang stuff on, I have loads yet to mount and frame and make into pillows. So this is what I came up with, It is a pouch for my E reader.
I found the chart in a book, Stitching around the World, and this is a middle eastern design I expermented with, I would make a few changes if I did it again, like measuring the darn reader properly  (kind of missed the depth of the sides) but by adding a small strip to each side it fits, just barely but it fits.
