Thank's!

At thursday, we had a school trip to the mountain you can see outside my window. Here's the wiew over BÃ¥tsfjord from the mountain:

It's a bit strange here... I'm used to a looots of trees, but now I live so far north that it's nearly no trees!

I haven't stitch lot since I came, but I hope I soon find the time again!

Very pretty picture!! I must agree, it does look like there are very few trees there. Thanks for the wonderful picture and I do hope you find more stitching time soon!!

:applesauce: Lovely picture. And not a lot of trees like you said. I'm sure once you get settled in more that you will have a bit more time for stitching. Looking forward to seeing your updates once again.

What a lovely view, even if the tree coverage is sparse.

Yep, way up north it is! Last weekend I was a trip in Finland to buy cheap meat - it's only 1,5 hours drive from me to Finland :) On the way, I saw a lot of reindeers :D

How cool to see reindeer. Won't be long till some of them will be sleigh pulling.
Did you see any with a red nose? Or are you tired of being asked that question?

Hi from a fellow Norwegian who just joined the forum and are new to stitching as well. You really moved a long way! I always wanted to go up north, as it looks so beautiful, but so far I havent been more north than Trondheim.

Too bad you didnt move closer to me as it would be fun to have a stitching buddy ( I live in Bergen, but I come from Hamar).

Btw, do you know of any online stores in Norway selling embroidery kits? I found only Margaretha Atelier and Flittige Hender, but the latter one has a really lousy selection. Doesnt matter though as the physical store is in my city and has a much better selection.

I hadn't been more north than Trondheim eighter before I moved here
I only use Margaretha to buy Scandinavian kits. Everything else I buy online from England or USA.
