Finally another update! I spent the last 2 weeks making one ornament, then changing my mind and making a new one which I finished Sunday and is on its way. I forgot to take a picture, so hope you don't mind taking one when it gets there Sally! :)

Otherwise I finished that scarf last week and sent it to my mom with a couple other previously knitted pieces for the church marketplace sale.

And I gave in and started First Bass by Ink Circles for my MIL for Xmas. I'm using Carrie's creations floss that I received for my birthday this year. I think it's working together well. There are 4 different colours.

I'm about half way done, so once I've finished this I'll go back to 12 Days of Xmas. I also put a few stitches in Fry and Leela, but not so you'd really notice in a photo.

I finished First Bass by Ink Circles! I really enjoyed stitching this one. A nice easy pattern, and it was fun to use these amazing overdyes by Carrie's Creations. I'm sure my MIL will like it. I picked a blue theme since it's a bass clef, and music in this octave seems like it should be coloured blue to me. :) With little bits of colour to add interest and dynamic range. (not that I took music in high school or anything...)
